Hi Christine, Thank you so much for sharing your concerns. At Good Dog, our community and customers are the most important thing, so we’re really glad you were able to connect with and have a positive conversation with one of our Care Team members last week! We completely understand your concerns about scams! The prevalence of scams is actually one of the reasons we started Good Dog - to easily connect people with responsible breeders. Every member of our breeder community must pass our screening process and meet or exceed our community standards before joining Good Dog. Our team comprehensively considers many aspects of a breeding program, focusing on five key areas: breeding practices, physical health of the breeding dog and puppies, mental health of the breeding dog and puppies, environment, and buyer education and policies. Good Dog is on a mission to use technology as a force for good to make it simple for people to get dogs from responsible sources. A member of our team would be happy to chat with you again so that we can help you find a breeder who you feel comfortable with and whose program will be the perfect match for you! Please reach out to us anytime at [email protected] or give us a call at 855.446.6363. We look forward to speaking with you soon & hopefully turning your experience into a positive one! Warmly, The Good Dog Team
