Great support from Good Dog staff to find my puppy. The breeder American Dachshunds was very supportive and made the process smooth and easy. Loved the experience and I am so happy with my mini dach.

I was having trouble logging on to the new app. Had to send an email for help and received a quick and helpful reply.

I wrote to Good Dog about an issue I had with a breeder. They responded in a timely manner to each of my emails, but the messages (all from different people) were basically the same; i.e., "sorry about the problem with your dog." Although they said they would investigate the issues, I believe that all they did was talk to the breeders and have them answer questions. They didn't actually go and observe the "facility," which is really crowded and dirty; thus, my pup was quite ill when we got it. They simply said the breeder met their standards. So you can interpret that however you want. Obviously, I'm not too impressed or happy about the "help" I received, which was no help. I'm not so sure that a Good Dog rating really means much at all.

So far none of the breeders that I applied to have responded. One breeder was rather rude and didn't even want me to apply. Don't know if my application has been accepted by the other breeder. I had applied to a couple of breeders (Boston Terrier) and changed my mind so let both know that I decided on a different breed. Only one thanked me.

I love being part of the Gooddog community of breeders! The resources are so helpful and they are a great place for people to shop for reputable breeders when they are looking for a puppy.

Information is thorough, with attention being given to the health of sires & dams.
