Pembroke Welsh Corgi AKC Puppy Adopted Through Good Dog. From the Good Dog website, I researched top breeders in Virginia for Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies. I found Sunny McAlister, a top Virginia breeder of AKC Corgis, and soon learned how highly knowledgeable she is about the welfare and proper care of Corgis. On her website (Corgi Corral), she explains in detail her requirements for the adoption process. I had wanted to purchase a Welsh Corgi as a gift for my friend Marjorie, a military veteran, whose Pembroke Welsh Corgi passed away in May of 2021 at age 15. Sunny and I began communicating in May of 2022 and continued to do so for over two months. To be on her waiting list, I made the required deposit. When Sunny notified me in July, 2022, that she had a puppy to offer for adoption, I sent her the first payment via bank transfer. Marjorie and I were excited and immediately planned a trip to Sunny’s home to pick up the puppy. Once we arrived, Marjorie signed the required contract as the human caretaker of the puppy she named Lucas. Then I made the final payment. Sunny carefully reviewed with Marjorie in detail all that was necessary for Marjorie to know about and care for her new Corgi puppy, including recommended food, training, schedule of required vaccinations, and neutering before her puppy turns 8 months old. We were both overjoyed. I expressed my sincere thanks to Sunny for providing a precious Corgi puppy as an emotional support companion for my friend. Without Good Dog, I would never have found Sunny McAlister and would not have found the perfect AKC puppy for my friend. I highly recommend Sunny McAlister as a top Virginia breeder of Pembroke Welsh Corgis.

Very slow or no response from breeders.

Good Dog made finding good homes for my babies very easy. The staff behind Good Dog made working within the App. successful. Folks who used the pay through the App option appreciated the ease of that process and I appreciated how quickly the money appeared in my personal bank account!! Thank you Good Dog!!

heard back from a few breeders

The site was great but, the dogs were to much money to buy. Alot of restrictions to. I'm looking for a dog that I can walk all the time for my medical issues.

Useless site no response

I was looking for a miniature schnauzer. I received several messages from people who either had litters or were expecting litters soon. All were very nice & helpful. I found a puppy that was born July 5th & I can’t wait to bring her home!
