We had a great experience with Good Dog and our breeder (Nancy Flesher). The application process was smooth and we received a quick response. Payment was quick and easy. Nancy was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of helpful information concerning the care of our new pup. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I trusted Good Dog with their screening process for responsible breeders. They even state on their website: "They also make sure their puppies are well raised and well fed, and the breeders take all basic steps necessary to care for their puppies, such as vaccinations and deworming." However, my puppy was sent to me with massive amounts of hookworms and because of the waiting period with starting pet health insurance, it cost me over 800 dollars. When paying the breeder, I chose to pay the extra fee to Good Dog so that I could have peace of mind if anything should go wrong. They told me it is standard that breeders don't do anything for worms even though they state otherwise. This is false advertising and I will never go through them again. I'd look around for other options before going through Good Dog because they're misleading with what they say on their website. They refuse to pay me anything back for this mess. Find another website to go through!

Hacker Appalachian Basset Hounds I got a Basset hound from Hacker Basset Hounds back in 2021. They are very professional to work and converse with, they were also eager to help with any questions I had. Being new to using Good Dog and new to purchasing a puppy online I had some concerns. But Airionna was quick to ease them as we talked on the phone, Facetimed, and I received multiple pictures of my puppy. My Basset Hound ( Magnolia ) is now over a year old and is the best decision I ever made! She is a great addition to our family and a light in our lives

GLADYNELL PAGAN AKC MINATURE SCHNAUZERS.... Absolutely 5 stars Working with Gladynell was such a pleasure, she responds quickly, we were able to see the puppies live before we chose one. After we chose our puppy, she sent us many videos of her progress, such a joy to watch her grow before we were able to get her...our puppy is very social and nearly bathroom trained due to the environment she was in and the care the "seller" gave her.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLATFORM. I put a deposit down on a puppy, a pretty large amount too because the breeder and I worked delivery out and we really wanted the puppy. The payment automatically adds puppy payment protection. A couple days later the breeder changed his mind on delivery and said he had a person for transportation, but it was additional. Never heard back from him so I reached out a two days later and he said that his transportation is no longer available and I would have to figure it out. I have two toddlers and a baby and have been saving for a puppy for their birthday. So the additional cost of transportation, I was going to try and make work. But traveling for it was not really an option I wanted to consider. I never received pictures when I asked for them and only got a couple videos of all the puppies so you couldn't tell which was ours. Long story short, I decided to cancel the reservation because the breeder changed the delivery that we agreed twice then denied that we arranged something. He also denied me a refund. Once I told him I wanted a refund, he became rude and I no longer wanted to deal with him. I reached out to Good Dog and I delt with three different people and a lot of back and forth. Now it's two weeks later and they told me that they support breeders and their deposit policies. Y'all I GOT NOT CONTRACT or was even told there was no refunds until after. It is not listed on their or the puppy's profile (I have screenshots to show for it). Not only that but they were pushing me to proceed with the puppy and GIVE THEM MORE MONEY. Although we really wanted the puppy, this was too much for me and my husband and I decided to get a local dog. So basically I am out of $815 because of money hungry, lazy people who just want money handed to them and not work for it. Wish I read the reviews before using them because I definitely would not have. THEY ARE A SCAM and so is their "puppy payment protection". I am now looking into taking legal action. BEWARE and look elsewhere for a new furry friend.

I recently got a Mini Dachshound from Whisper Love in Berry, AL. This is my 3rd Mini Dachshound, from 3 different private breeders. And this experience has been the best of all!!! The puppies are full of love. Reflecting the environment they entered our crazy world within. Whisper Love was very helpful, accommodating, polite & professional... You won't find a better breeder!!!

Kasia has the best Yorkie puppies around!! I looked for a Yorkie puppy for 2 years, and I finally found Kasia in Norwood Park, Chicago who definitely answered my prayers! I was about to give up the search and I met with her and she let me know the entire history of the puppies which was where they came from, who their parents were, medical background, she showed me all the paperwork’s that was essential to my puppy’s life. Afterwards I met the parents and the puppy and I got him the same day. I took precautions before meeting the puppy and Kasia by buying all the necessary supplies you would need for a puppy to live in a home, and I was so happy and I’m still overjoyed! It’s almost been 1 year since I’ve had my Cocoa and he is amazing and healthy and one of the best decisions of my life I can’t imagine my life without Kasia or Cocoa. If you’re Looking for a Yorkie, Kasia is a wonderful breeder and she really loves and looks after the dogs with all her heart, I’ve never talked to or met a breeder who cares so much about her animals! She’s so kindhearted and you would be lucky to be able to adopt one of her puppies.

Thanks to Megan with Gamora's Galactic Paw Pals, we found our perfect Murphy (Yorkie). I drive 11.5 hours and do not regret one minute. Megan was caring and extremely helpful answering all my questions. Thank you Megan for this amazing, beautify and healthy Yorkie baby. My next one will also come from Gamora's Galactic Paw Pals.
