This was our first time purchasing a puppy on line. The process was scary. In today’s world with so many scams we were reserved, but we did the deposit. The breeder stayed in contact through the purchase, this was a long distant transaction. Our breeder met us and the purchase was very rewarding. Kim Nickleson is very thorough with paperwork and orderly. We will go thru Diamond Bar n ranch again and “Good Dog”.

Enjoyed the entire process. Communication was consistent and helpful. Charlotte was tremendous to work with and instead of buying one pup, purchased two. Everything was amazing.

Latisha and Wayne Bransford are exceptional breeders. They really care about all their animals and you can tell when you first make contact with them. Latisha went far out of her way to make the experience of getting our new pup Elsa fantastic. She was very communicative and knowledgeable about all the aspects of raising and caring for our new little Elsa. Regular pictures, videos, texting and phone calls kept us updated contributing to our excitement. It is important to them that the families receiving their pups are as loving and caring as are they. I would definitely give them an extra star above 5.

We are very happy with our puppy. The breeder was very nice and accommodating. A little more information about what to expect when the dog came home would have been helpful.

The overall experience was excellent but I was not expecting the additional fees when paying for the puppy.

Knowing I could trust I wasn’t going to be scammed. It was a tad more costly to use but worth every penny to know we were going to get our sweet puppy.
