I have been advertising my puppies on Good Dog for over 5 years. I have not had any problems with Good Dog up to this point of advertising my litters.

I recently explored gooddog to find a breeder for our family’s new pup, and I was blown away by the experience! I was connected to responsible, vetted breeders who made the whole process glitch free. My dog is happy, healthy and perfectly suited for our family thanks to their thoughtful guidance. I recommend them because they are reliable and trustworthy. Top notch all the way.

First and last time using Good Dog. What a terrible experience. I would not recommend it. You are required to put down hundreds of dollars as a NON-refundable deposit. You have to jump through so many hoops. They require a three page application with stupid questions asking what your favorite color is. It is all one big gimmick/scam. My wife and I jumped through all the hoops waiting weeks for one out of 3 puppies from Beth a breeder of Bostons only for her to tell us none were available. So we would have lost our $400 deposit in all of this. Thankfully she doesn’t sell cars - Hey bud, I am going to need a $1,000 non-refundable deposit before I can even let you see it. This was the worse experience we have ever had in our 60 years of buying Boston Terriers. I believe most of the breeders are actually puppy mills. UPDATE: Watch out for their puppy mill program "Guardian". This is a way for the breeders to avoid feeding, taking care of and disposing of the dog once they are no longer useful for breeding. The breeder is out of nothing. The contract is a nightmare. You can pay $5,000 for a dog and still not own it until the breeder signs off on the contract, which will be years. YES, it clearly states "YOU DO NOT OWN YOUR NEW DOG". It remains the property of the breeder. All while you will have to take YOUR dog back to the breeder to service females or worse yet, if a female has puppies for the breeder with no other compensation. YOUR dog will remain in the care of the breeder for as long as they deem necessary during each of these breeding visits. You will also have to take it to their vets - you pay, feed it certain expensive food, not allowed to have certain normal and critical vaccinations, etc. DO NOT SIGN a GUARDIAN contract. Do NOT! Any attorney would tell you the same. Also, remember - any deposits made on an upcoming litter or puppy WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. DO nothing verbally. Put everything in writing and to your satisfaction. Don't let this site or the breeder run the show. You are the customer. This site will support the breeders and NOT you. We speak from direct experience. We are now tied to driving 10-hour round-trips to drop our male Boston Terrier off at least three times with an open-ended contract as to when this will stop - years.

Good dog is such a wonderful site. I feel very safe placing my litters on this site. I have found some very loving families for my puppies. I am never concerned about payments. I will continue to place my litters on the Good Dog site. When I have questions, the response time is very quick.❤️
