Tona made every step smooth and easy. She kept us up to date with our puppy's progress. She sent pictures and videos so we could see our puppy's growth. She's great to talk to and answers any questions. It was an all around great experience.

I’m deeply disappointed in Good Dog’s lack of transparency. I purchased a puppy through their platform and had a number of issues with the breeder — from poor communication to health concerns that should’ve been disclosed upfront. I took the time to write a detailed and honest review, only to learn that Good Dog doesn’t publicly publish reviews unless the breeder agrees to it. That means breeders can cherry-pick only the positive feedback and hide anything that’s less flattering — no matter how truthful or helpful it would be for future buyers. If I had seen a single honest review like mine before spending over $4,000, I would’ve made a different decision. I even flagged my concerns with Good Dog early in the process, but nothing was done. Now I understand why: negative feedback is kept hidden, and the platform enables that by design. Good Dog markets itself as a safe and trusted place to find a puppy, but how can buyers trust a system where only glowing testimonials are shown? That’s not transparency — that’s curation. I’ll be sharing my experience across other platforms, because buyers deserve to know the truth before making such an important and expensive decision. Good Dog needs to take accountability and revise this policy if they truly care about trust and animal welfare.

Tami at Shih Tzu Kennels was great to work with. I am sure not all breeders are as professional, nor as thorough as she is. This was a great experience on the Good Dog platform. I would highly recommend researching the breeders, even when working with Good Dog. Thank you Good Dog and Tami!!🐶

It wasn't easy trusting an online site with all the scams out there but I had just lost my best pup friend of 16 years. I did all the research I could, read all the reviews and figured Good Dog was my best chance. From my first inquiry with their preferred breeder, I was kept informed and made to feel comfortable. Knowing Good Dog would stand behind their recommendation I now have a beautiful new family member.

I found a honest fabulous breeder and she had exactly what I was looking for. Her name is Megan and she had a beautiful true toy aussie and I talked with her and I bought it. I planned to go and pick it up then Megan showed me a photo of another beautiful toy aussie and my wife fell in love with the photo. So the next day I drove to NM and picked up both days. They've been with us 3 days and they're part of my family. I was very blessed to find Good Dog, Megan, Howdie, and Good Dog. I'm very blessed and the Holy Spirit and Jesus watched over me. I hope that the same happens to you and you find the love of your life. Mark Anthony Elefante

Good Dog is truly a fantastic selling site. They were tremendously helpful in getting me connected with good families. I am so happy with the homes my little ones went to and I feel secure in their care. Customer service was very quick to help and answer my many questions too. An amazing platform that I highly recommend.
