Gooddog is an excellent resource for breeders to find good puppy homes and additional training to improve our breeding programs. Gooddog works well to let possible puppy parents find us, learn about our program, and connect with us. Our only complaint from puppy parents has been the cost of fees when paying for their puppy.

Found a puppy through Good Dog at Farmstead 51. They called him Mr Brown - and he is adorable! Met the breeder and her husband at a local hotel when they were passing through our area on their way to vacation. He came with a nice bag filled with puppy food, some toys, great tips for getting started as it has been 28 years since we had a puppy in our home. Rhett was great to work with and her cousin, Eden, was also very helpful and told me about Mr Brown and sounded like he would be perfect for us

Customers complain about the how hard it is for check out via good dog payments. I notice each year there has been added items required for acc. First payment fee increased then I had to submit my tax information. Most people don't have tax id because it is a side hobby and the money barely covers puppy expenses. taxing requirement to income requirements are now 20k with file. By adding additional requirements constantly people will leave do to lack of trust. In contract these items should be clearly labeled. If is was not for breeders there would not be customers.

Hi Keesha, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad our team has already been able to support you through this situation and share more information about why we needed this additional information from you. As they clarified with you, those extra verification steps we reached out about actually come from Stripe (Good Dog's payment processor). We reached out to you on their behalf because Stripe needs this information to keep payments working smoothly for you. We truly value having dedicated breeders like you in our community. We appreciate your patience, and we're always here to support you through any questions about the verification process. Thank you for being part of the Good Dog community! Warmly, The Good Dog Team

Chelsea at Jolly Collies was amazing. Our girl is gorgeous, well cared for and the sweetest thing. She did such an amazing job with our puppy. We got regular update photos and live videos. I felt very confident purchasing out of state. She is clearly devoted to these puppies. I am thankful for GoodDog connecting us.

Finding a breeder close to home was easy. Having the breeder vetted before getting a puppy made the experience less concerning. The whole process was simple and quick.

I was looking for a miniature schnauzer. I started looking on Good Dog appl. The appl has every kind of AKC dog. I was able to see all available dogs. However, I just wanted a miniature Schnauzer. The procedure online was easy and picking up the pet simple.
