Hello Ivan, When packages are shipped internationally they have to go through customs. Your package is at the sorting facility in Chile. After we send a package and it is recieved in another country it is out of our hands as to how quickly your country gets it to you. It was sent on November 30th USPS first class mail and was recieved at Chiles sorting facility on December 7th. A tracking number was emailed to you when it was shipped. This is the second pair of Ray Bans I have bought from Gooddens. The first was about 10 years ago and that pair recently broke. I bought the same pair again and although the price had gone up, Goodden's was still a lot cheaper even than Amazon. And the shipping was free. They have a great selection of Ray Bans and I was surprised to see that Ray Ban now offers the Clubmaster (the only style I have worn for 20 years because it is too, too cool) in a wide assortment of color options. Goodden's has them too. When my wife decides to buy some good sunglasses, or if I buy another pair, we will go to Goodden's first.
