Merle, Your glasses were shipped on time. Unfortunately due to holiday season United States Postal Service was behind and your glasses did not arrive on the estimated date. At gooddens.com we pride ourselves in shipping our products in a timely fashion, but during the holiday season there can be some delays.

Imperfections may be the reason Goodens can sell at a discount. I ordered the L or large; not sure I was shipped that correctly either; does not fit the same as the L I tried on at the mall. Price is exceptional and savings may be worth not getting the perfect pair.

Hi Gary, Hey no need to settle for less! We want you to be totally satisfied so if you're product is defective, please return it and we'll be happy to replace it. Return shipping is free on the first item, so please contact Customer Service and let us help you out. As to the size, look on the temple and you should see the number 55 near the model number and color number. That is the large size on the RB2132. The small size is 52.

I have recently moved but I changed my address on the Gooddens.com website before placing my order. I also used my new address as the ship to and credit card reference address and my package still shipped to my old address. No one was able to tell me why. I have my mail forwarded and the tracking number said it would be forwarded so I waited. After 5 days I called the post office and they said even with the forward it kept coming back to them at my old address. I ended up taking the 45 mile round trip to my old post office to pick up my package because I didn't want to wait the 15 days for the post office to send it back then have it re-shipped to the right address.
