Nitro Software, Inc.Reviews of gonitro.com

You have one of the best products in the market, except your dating formal. I like your product, but the date formal can't be changed to accommodate other Pdf. Ex. USCIS forms. Most Pdf files allow user to enter date in different ways but your does not, and that is while I can't use yours as my default

Fit for purpose

So easy to navigate and get the solution

I already purchase the Nitro Software and i am happy to use it. I purchase on 28.08.2023 with reference # 415321991 for Nitro PDF Pro 14 for a special price of USD 143.99

While Nitro PDF in and of itself is an excellent alternative to Adobe Acrobat, the company falls way short when it comes to customer service and improving its product through listening to customers. For instance, in January of this year I reported that the PDF Creator was no longer working in the Dutch version after an update of v13 (others have reported this even earlier). It *never* got solved. Worse even, the issue still isn't resolved in v.14. It's not always a big issue, but bugs like this shouldn't be allowed to linger on. Another example: after upgrading to v.14, whenever opening a PDF file with Nitro, a debug.log file is created (not by the scanning software, as I verified this with the developer). A post on the Nitro forum that I placed September 1 is, didn't get approved until September 11, which is unacceptably long! Update in response to Nitro's answer to my review above: the post finally did get approved, shortly after my review. The review has been adjusted accordingly. It doesn't seem possible to respond to Nitro's response nor to include a link to the 'debug.log post' of 9/1, the topic No. is 18720, title: debug.log created when opening scanned PDF document Thank you for looking into this (and the PDF creator issue ;-). Regards.

Everything. Great, safe and smart App, Great Support.

Could use some improvements that should be easy to implement. 1. Option to save file in the same folder as the original Word document. 2. Signature make the field more defined and compact. 3. Have the option to edit and save Variables for sending out documents.

The program has all of the tools that I need and performs exceptionally well with few problems over the years I've used it.
