Nitro Software, Inc.Reviews of gonitro.com

I gave Nitro a 10/10 because of the ease of use/speed/features plus I've never encountered any issues while using Nitro. Since I've started using Nitro, my productivity has seriously improved. If this wasn't true, how would I have had time to write this review?

I have been using Nitro PDF Pro for several years. The functionality is appreciated, but the support has been sketchy. In early 2022, I received an offer for a double upgrade from ver. 12 to ver. 13 first, then 14 when it became available. I paid for the double upgrade, but right from the beginning started getting further upgrade offers. When ver. 14 finally came out, I could not upgrade Nitro PDF Pro 13 to 14. Nitro kept sending me fresh offers for exorbitant prices to upgrade to ver. 14 though I had already paid for it over 16 months earlier. I could not find anywhere to ask what happened to my upgrade. I learned the hard way (after a lot of trial and error) that I had to post on the community forum. It was my first time posting to their community forum and there was no clear path to figuring out which topic to post under and how to post a question, complaint, etc. I eventually created a topic and when it did not get a response for a few days, was concerned. I stumbled upon a similar topic and posted to it. It took a couple of more days to get a response with some instructions. The good news was that when I did get a response, it was mostly clear and I was able to upgrade to ver. 14. There has to be a better way to provide customer support.

Siempre e utilzado nitro desde que salio o tuve conocimiento de el, siempre lo he considerado el mejor programa para editar y escribir y todo lo referente a archivo pdf, asi para mi es el mejor de todos los programas de PDF que existen

We've been using Nitro Pro for ages and just upgraded. We used to be able to get help by sending an email, but that changed some time ago to having to post the problem on their forum. I'm surprised by how long it takes--long enough for the Nitro person to say "sorry for taking so long to respond"--to get help now, and it's been really bad for our business. Now, with the upgrade, I'm having trouble doing things like highlighting text and changing or moving it, and by "having trouble" I mean not at all able. Because of the nearly non-existent help, I'm not inclined to ask for assistance. I'm researching other PDF companies--I really don't like the lack of customer care with Nitro Pro at all.

This is the best software i cam recommend someone to use. but recently i had a rough time installing on the machine i was working on. after downloading with a crack.

Great, simple and trustworthy program

Solid product with zero customer service! Purchased initial Nitro product the end of March, laptop was stolen in July, inquired 6 times via website, 6 voice messages, 15 times entering related serial # from initial purchase only to receive a constant non valid message. Was forced to purchase another subscription September 1. Continue to inquire with no response.

Clean presentation. Fair price (but the volume discount is incorrect: you get a bigger discount with packs of 4 than with packs of 10 and you can't select multiple packs but have to create individual orders). Ergonomics and menus are still not as good as Adobe. There should be a single tab that allows you to correct within the text, add comments, add shapes (circle, highlights,...). Some of the copying and pasting doesn't work consistently.
