Your customer support is deficient. Over time you will lose.
I had version 3 installed and working well until my computer went on the blink. It was still under warranty so a replacement was supplied. Data was reinstalled but not so applications. When attempting to reinstall Nitro (updated in 2022) following procedure, serial number was never recognised and no response from support. Had to buy version 4 but feel having been had.

Long term Nitro user gives up !!
I've been a long term user of previous versions of Nitro Pro. But my subscriptions had lapsed so this was a "net new" purchase. V14 did not work for me. It hung everytime I tried to create a Quicksign signature on my Surface studio i7 with 32GB ram running Win 11. Clicking the support link in the purchase confirmation email resulted in a 404 error. Yes, really !! Eventually managed to contact support who recommended a "clean install". Followed that to the letter but made not difference. It is now fully de-installed and a refund requested. Now using PDFGear - not as rich functionality but simpler interface ... and free !

Activation problems
We have been using Nitro for a number of years but this year when trying to renew on the expiration of our 2023 period were unable to as the activation code would not work, despite trying numerous times. This resulted in having to buy Nitro again on 2 occasions which we felt was pretty poor

Good except an annoying bug
I am really sorry I have to write this but there is a specific PDF document by the Austrian government I use almost on a daily basis and it simply does not work (but it works in Adobe Acrobat). This means I still have to use Adobe Acrobat Reader just for this one document, so I am really disappointed by this...... Otherwise Nitro is a good program, would recommend it because by buying it you can avoid monthly subscription which for normal human beings who pay their phone, internet, Netflix, Google account, Spotify etc. would just be another monthly money killer.
