Non existent technical support
Non existent technical support. The chair just refers one to the knowledeg base or user guide. Online information is incorrect for the Mac OS version (e.g. there is no Erase tab). Probably ok software if you can make it work, but when you hot a problem its useless since no way to get help - even though I've paid for the app.

Very difficult to activate the product
Very easy to buy the product, very fast to make the charge on you credit card, but it is very complicated to activate the product.

No Technical support at all
No Technical support at all. I am experiencing technical difficulties with Nitro PDF. After upgrading to the latest version, I can no longer convert Word documents to PDF—a process that previously worked without issue. As I complete this survey, the problem persists, and I have been unable to access technical support for assistance.

Nitro Pro is user friendly and very…
Nitro Pro is user friendly and very similar to the old Adobe Standard XI. However, there are just a couple things that Acrobat does that Nitro Pro does not, hence the 4 star rating. I cannot double-side print. Also if a sheet is larger than 8-1/2 x 11, then only that portion prints. There is no option to shrink the page, e.g. 8-1/2 x 14 size shrunk to print on 8-1/2 x 11.

The software is not working correctly…
The software is not working correctly and there is no way to talk to a live person in support. Have tried all of the options available and cannot find an answer to my problem.
