DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THIS COMPANY ARE BREAKING THE LAW. Despite three cancellation requests, including twice filling in their online form to cancel during the trial period (the online form states someone will call, they never did) they withdrew 62e from my account and refuse to refund. This company are based in Delware, Delaware law states: 66 Del. Laws, c. 276, §  1; 70 Del. Laws, c. 186, §  1; 83 Del. Laws, c. 115, § 1; Which states: (4) With respect to a contract that automatically renews and without regard to the duration of such renewal period, fails to provide a cost-effective, timely, and easy to use mechanism for cancellation. A consumer who enters into a contract online shall be permitted to cancel the contract online. This company are in violation of this law, they refused all cancellation requests via email until I called (at great cost to myself as I am calling from Europe) then tried to hide behind their t&c which are in violation of the above law. The rep only refunded half the 62e, so I will be beginning chargeback proceedings to get the entire amount. A chargeback I will win as I have both evidence of multiple cancellation requests AND the law on my side. These people are scammers, DON'T sign up for anything during the trial period. These people are disgusting

Scam! Charged $16.98 without any notification but they showed it's $1. bloody criminals.

The website is a nightmare to use and the chat box for customer support is worthless. Any questions that you may have cannot be resolved through chat. Their response to everything is to call the holiness. What is the point of the CS chat?

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! The company took 68$ and 56$ today. I do not have a membership with them. I bought one thing on the webpage. I called today to cancel or get my money back. They started asking me for the last four numbers of my card, then my name and last name, then the first four numbers of my card, then my email, then my zip code, then they wanted all the numbers of my card. I called that a fraud, how is it that they are not able to find me in their on database. Their name is “golookup” dont they specialize in finding information, they can’t even find a name on their own database?!!!

This service is a complete joke and a waste of time. I was only supposed to be charged $1.00 and they charged me $20. I immediately called and supposedly was being issued a refund, however when I called back 2days later they stated there has been an error processing my refund! How is there an error giving me my money back when it wasn't an issue charging me more than what I was supposed to be charged?? On top of that the information being provided is incorrect so this service and company is really a scam!!!! I will never ever use this service ever again!!

Go Lookup... How about Go screw yourself. This website and services are a complete waste of your time, money and efforts. Especially when they don't genuinely find anyone in this world for that matter. They are inconsiderate, obnoxious, have the worst possible customer support in all my professional career as a CEO/Executive and above all, there are not much you could agree with and come to terms with this FAKE business. They do NOT offer refunds or cancellations. They do NOT offer any kind of genuineness and understandings of ANY services they offer. They are the worst yet and if I could give them negative stars, I would rate it as the WORST possible, inconsiderable, obnoxious, toxic business I ever laid my eyes upon. USE your money and time elsewhere please. They are scum.

Once again Scam scam scam not only did they scam me over their bull____ fake company they now have extracted another 3995 from my account after I canceled payed the cancelation fees responded to their emails jumped thru every hoop that they try to throw you off and still took more money I wish they would prosecute this outfit and every one that works for them would never see the light of day again
