Does not pull up criminal records that I know are available. I pulled up an ex that I know has several DUI arrests as well as being a sex offender sentenced to a lifetime of registering on the national sex offender registry. This site wasn't able to find a single one of those records.

I put the $1.00 trial on a low balance card and only to find out 99% plus is totally inaccurate. This site is probably used by people and getting scammed.

I had the same experience as all other reviewers. Just invited to use Golookup for just one dollar, and after they are taking money from you again and again every day for different amounts while i don't use their tool at all. Even if you call them they don't respond, nor do they react on any email with a not robot reply. They state you can only unsubscribe by phone call and let them verify some things, but you can't even get them on the phone. Until this very day (feb 15 2024) they try to debit my account every day so i even have to delete my bank account just to get rid of them as there seems no other way.

I got charged 2x for the trial, never got my report or use any service and got charged 18.98 in total. I called immediately and they told me they would only refund me 50%. Crooks.

They advertise as if they are free. You put all your information in and then you find out that they are giving a $1 trial. My advice is to use one of your old gift cards with just a couple dollars on it for this sort of thing. Then after you pay your dollar you have to reenter your original search results because somewhere in the sign up process, this information is lost. Of course I have come across some information that is correct, which is the reason why I gave 2 stars. However, when you happen upon something that is not at all true and potentially reputation compromising, and reach out to them with infinite proof of the false information they still won't remove it. Its not cool. Unless I feel like robbing a bank, through Golookup I have an alibi. According to them, I'm in a prison in Texas. (never been to Texas, I hear the prison is nice though)

Well they say trial for a dollar then charge you a dollar then directly after 16 I canceled right away asked for refund at first they didn't want to then tried half off of 16 even though it's no were when signing up about the charge biggest rip off canceled card right away hot cancelation number and refund number so we will see by way service ID bogus and info is fake I couldn't take one star off above I would have gave zero ill give one if I'm refunded

Well, to start with this product company connects fraud. They both advertised to get you to their site. Then they say it's gonna charge a dollar and all with it, and it is the couple minutes of that transaction. You have other transactions that they put on there for I have no idea what. This company is straight cleaning fraud and acting people's accounts. I canceled the subscription immediately. And they still track hard to me every single week. Make try charging me $68. They try charging in sixteen dollars they try currently eighteen dollar twenty nine dollars Don't use their services because there's nothing about there advertising or anything that they do. That's on they can't open up.
