This company is horrible; they are selling my information and claim they are not. They have an opt-out that does not work, they require you to give them more personal info to sell. I talked to the rep who repeated the same lie ( we remove in 11 days which is a lie. I have screenshots and emails of their illegal company. They have the opt-out button on their site, pretending to comply with privacy laws. They have the nerve to try and convince me it is not my info they are selling, but another person with the same addresses and phone number from prior years. They even have the nerve to have my elderly mom's current address on their site where someone can harm her. These people are evil, and I am going to pursue legal options. I have screenshots and emails to prove all that I am saying. Yahoo should be a shame of themselves.

You must subscribe for their services so I paid $1 found Nothing Special. I decided to Cancel IMMEDIATELY. The subscription should stop within 48 Hours, the "so called Free Subscription period 5-7 days". NOPE -They Billed me For the SUBSCRIPTION ANYWAY!!!! Now I have to Fight to Get My $$$ BACK😵😡

Like others have reported, I requested a $1 report. I looked carefully at the page for the small print and didn't see anything about additional fees or membership. Within a few days I get a fraud notification from my bank about a charge being requested from an "untrustworthy source" for $69. I told them to deny the charge and they shut down my card. Every single day since then, they have attempted to charge that card ever-decreasing amounts - as if the card was declined for lack of funds and they were trying to take any amount they could get. It's gone from an initial charge of $69 to their latest attempt of $18.10. It's been close to two weeks of them trying this nonsense. Scam scam scam!

THis is a full on scam websiet. You get no information at all,,,I watched it supposedly opening Corporate records....HAHAHA like they can actually unlock a secure server. They charge you and you get NOTHING. PS the 5 start reviews are bots..

Golookup does not do what they advertise. They told me that a tech would contact me, they did not and cancelled. I called back to make sure it was cancelled, a lady put me on hold then a man came on the phone. I told him I am calling to make sure I am cancelled; the man was so concerned how the call was transferred to him. He finally said I had canceled 2 days before. Good, but not good, this company tried to bill my bank for $42.00 which was rejected by my bank. This company needs to start over before they go on the internet, no good at all.............

I would give -0 if possible this site is nothing but liars and con artist. They claim the first search is only 1 dollar. But they do not state that is only a 5 day trial period that is not stated anywhere on initial page regarding it being only a dollar! They make you think it's only for the one time search! Afterwards I was looking on website and found that after the initial 5 days your card would bet automatically be charged close to 60 dollars a month for membership! And then only way to cancel is to call. The reason for that is so they can continue to offer other crap and prices to lure you in! I told lady at so called customer service that I figured that is exactly why they want you to call so they can steal more money! Reports are not accurate and they are nothing but a SCAM! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFORMATION! ALL THEY DO IS STEAL FROM PEOPLE!!

this website is a fuckivg scam. They genuinely do mot offer any information besides basic generic shet, they lie about what your “advanced report” will have. absolutely do not put your card information in they will charge you 65$ AND MORE and keep fuckivg charging you.
