So good and I love it

My experience is the same as around 90 percent of the others. I paid a dollar, they never gave the results I paid for, then charged (and continue to charge) an insane amount of money for nothing, multiple times, every.single.day. I hope these "people" are exposed to their families as liars and thieves and then lose everything they own in a fire and that they forget how to read. But it's not up to me, they'll have to answer to God.

Fake and sucks

Tried the dollar offer. Somewhere within the first effort to search they billed my card an additional $16.98 Needless to say , I am very unhappy with the experience. I cancelled within 24 hours but they may have already taken the money.

Extremely misleading waste of time scam.

Scam company. Report used as bait. Have to call to cancel. Bulls&*&

I have only been able to log on here 3 times since I pay for the use every month I should have access without having to call them for help!! I called to cancel my membership and she said if I offer it to you for 20.00 a month how does that sound? I said ok cool that will work! Same thing always had to call and get help logging in so I did call and cancel but this month I was charged 36.00 and when I called them I said I cancelled my service last month that’s your fault you didn’t cancel it but you charged me 36.00!! She said no Jimmie you were only charged 16.98 it doesn’t show 36.00 on my-end 16.98 of that Ican refund you 8.98 !! I said well I’m looking at my bank statement online and it’s 36.00 lady your blind then! She laughed at me and said no Jimmie you were not charged 36.00 and laughed at me! So I told her hang on just a minute and I ask my sister please tell me what it says I was charged for this ?? I told the rude person on the phone just a minute ok and she literally hung up on me after laughing at me ! I immediately called my bank to make sure there wasn’t a mistake and she said no Jimmie they charged you 36.00 !! The lady on the phone said so do you agree on 16.98 and of course this was before she hung up I said no I don’t agree because it’s not true it’s36.00 you guys needto reimburse me for and Ishould have not been charged a dime because I cancelled last month!! You guys are a rip off you can never log on and when you do it’ is even more of a ripoff and I will never refer anyone not even an enemy to your company!!

Someone used my card for account under my name so in March they take 32.00 and in April under reverse phone lookup they take 18.00 They tell me they can refund 9.00. so then I go on the site to use the service I'm paying for and they want me to pay to look up . Are u kidding me. They already took $40 from me under a fraudulent account but yet you want me to pay more money to actually use the service. Calling a lawyer
