Mercer was very helpful in working with me to design hat clip ball marker for the girls in a tournament I was organizing. The girls loved the ball markers and they were fabricated and shipped incredibly quickly. Well Done!

I ordered four golf trophies and the customer representative was engaged with me from day - I sent a logo in that had to be converted to an EPI file and I gave them the creativeness to revise the logo and they got it right the first time. I plan to order more trophies from them in the near future. I strongly recommend that you use them for all of your trophy and engraving projects.

It is a little confusing on the website as to when you put in your personalization information. I had to call the number to find out how that worked. Apparently, you send a email after submitting the order. It might be a good idea to have that information on before submitting, so the customer can see his or her personalization.

I ordered custom ball markers with my own logo and they did an awesome job! Shipped fast, logo looked great, and they were quality ball markers (not the cheap plastic ones). Thank you very much! Happy customer
