good service but nameplate was off size
Great service overall. Unfortunately the name plate i ordered did not fit the base. I would have thought someone would have checked that out before production of name plate. The base had specicific demisions that I ordered the name plate to. However, there was no mention what size name plate would actually fit the front portion of base itself.

We apologize that you were not happy with the size of the engraved plate. We will be contacting you in order to provide a size plate that you would like.
