Although the customer service was acceptable, I don't like the way this company does business. I ordered 4 trophies of the same size. The trophies were slightly taller, so there was a $25 additional charge for each. Fine. When I received the trophies, the company had sent me three of the taller trophies, and one trophy that was the small version - they actually charged me for the larger version anyway. They had to know they were sending me one version that was not the proper size, because they were all in the same box. I guess they thought I wouldn't notice. I find these type of business practices particularly sleazy. Not recommended.
