i thought the fees were 240 and they were 260. (review-09/26/2024). GoldStar responded promptly to my complete misreading of invoice, which had nothing to do with fee. I apologize profusely!!! I am so sorry. Thank you for your attentiveness to correct my mistake!! Good Star service is superb !!!

Everything went very smoothly. The only glitch was the process with the certificate was not explained clearly. I was under the impression there would be no fees since I was given a certificate waiving my fees and learned afterwards that the fees are waived after my first purchase and the initial purchase did not count. This was a surprise that I was not expecting.

The person I spoke with knew exactly which form I needed and sent it right away. On the same day I sent my completed form, they were able to take care of my request,

Didn’t tell me it would be hard to transfer my money. Not sure what to do next. They said i can pick my gold. No one is telling me the steps to proceed.
