Don't do business with this shady…
Don't do business with this shady company. Even if your intent is a one time purchase, they'll stick you with an unwanted subscription and charge you $49.99 a month even though you never order any more of their products. Why would anyone request a subscription before they know if the product will benefit them?

Had no experience with Gold Seal
Had no experience with Gold Seal, but needed magnesium that crosses brain barrier. I ordered checking ONE and another one for D3. Invoiced arrived showing I ordered SIX (6) bottles of Magnesium. My bill was $176.00! Of course I sent an email immediately. No response. After waiting a few days, I emailed again trying to cancel the whole order. No response period. When it finally arrived at my doorstep, I’m afraid to even take the pills! They flew it in from overseas so not made in US! To be clear, I want a refund and will send package back. I can write about this scam on every portal I can find.

I ordered these supplements the end of…
I ordered these supplements the end of May and have been trying to cancel since before it was shipped. No one responds, I still received it and was charged $99, and have not been able to get this done. Don't use this company... They ate crooked and don't seem to care about their customers.

So disappointed
The information from goldsealsupplements was amazing and totally sold me. I bought the six bottle special and the information saying made in the US in their factory took much longer to be delivered because it didn’t originate from the US. Tracking I found that out and attempted to reach them through their e-mail and phone number they put in their site. I text several times telling them it worrys me coming from another country after the info said it is totally from our country and FINALLY a woman text “Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern. I’m happy to clarify this for you. Our products are manufactured in our warehouse in the United States. And also fulfilled from our fulfillment center which is also based in the United States. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to clarify. We appreciate you checking—sharp customers like you help keep us on our toes, and we’re always here if you have any additional questions. “ WHAT???? I received the six bottles and text and attempted the phone number to tell them I am concerned if what I received was from their company or a scam like SO many things are and no answer for two weeks when a man text offering me $30.00 toward buying more if I would write a review telling how they are working and to rate them. Well I didn’t answer especially he ended with John, founder of golden seal supplements. I know…buyer beware🧐 Also the information said 90 days to feel the results but can only return for money back before 30 days. And how to stop subscription and I text saying cancel if I did ACCIDENTLY click on subscription but no answer. The whole business end is messed up and I’m not sure if I received magnesium or just white powder. I know how important magnesium is and LOVE all the things this is suppose to address but not sure what I was sent!

Horrible product
Horrible product. I took 2 tablets magnesium for two weeks before bed. I felt like crap. I've been taking magnesium for 15 years. There is sneaky subscription business and now I can't cancel through the website and no response from customer service. I'll have to cancel my credit card and contact the BBB. Don't do it!

I still have not received my order and…
I still have not received my order and its been a month since ordering. Did find a way to follow and found out it was flown in to the states from somewhere. If this is a USA product, why is this product being flown in?

These are great!

I've shared the same negative…
I've shared the same negative experience others have with the non existent customer service. They billed me $149 for an order that should have cost $75 with the father's day discount. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times with no reply back. How can they possibly guarantee satisfaction when there's no customer service! They are a total scam. I am actually afraid to take the product now but have no recourse.
