There are a lot of sweeps casinos who claim to redeem instantly, but in most cases that is not what happens. I just made my first redemption request from GoldMachine and in less than 6 minutes my request was reviewed, approved, sent and deposited into my account!!!! Wow!!! I would not have believed it without experiencing it myself! Thank you GMachine....10 outta 10

Saw this site on FB. Created an account and claimed their bonuses. Waited until I had $10 SC then played one of their games. Ended up winning $110. Decided to get verified and cash out $100. Two days later got an email that said my redemption could not be processed - reason was "After reviewing your account, we can confirm that it has been deactivated in accordance with our internal account review and platform policies". I responded to email asking why. The response was the same - I violated platform terms and conditions, I guess WINNING is a platform violation?? DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS SITE.....And if they respond to this rating - show everyone what policy was violated. Again TOTAL BS.

The website was janky and seemed sketchy to me. I played whatever the welcome bonus was and collected the daily only a handful of times, when the website wasn't down. Don't play here. Put your money somewhere safe. They ban without reason, warning, or explanation.

I had a problem with a game kicking me after I paid for a bonus twice and clearly showed support in screenshots and they try and tell me that I didn’t have any issue. Like why would I be messaging u if I didn’t

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share this — and we're genuinely sorry for the frustration. That's not the experience we want anyone to have, especially after you took the time to send screenshots. A quick note that may help in the meantime: if a game ever kicks you out mid-spin, you can rejoin and the bonus round will resume right where it left off — nothing should be lost on our end. That said, what you're describing with support clearly didn't go the way it should have. Could you let us know who you spoke with so we can look into it directly? You can reply here or reach us at [email protected] and we'll get this sorted for you. — Gold Machine Team

Hi, account bans on our platform aren't issued for winning. Bans come from breaches of our terms of service, and the most common reasons are operating multiple accounts, using a VPN or proxy to mask your location, or other forms of identity manipulation. Our automated systems flag these patterns regardless of whether a player happens to be on a winning or losing streak at the time. — Gold Machine Team
