Bought a package played and won enough to redeem and they denied my redemption claiming I violated terms of service when I didn’t. Then they refunded my money I paid for my package . And they didn’t give me any real explanation of why I supposedly violated their terms. Be warned this platform is lame. There is tons of better sweepstake casinos to play on

Hi, sorry you've had a frustrating experience. We want to give some context that hopefully clarifies what happened.
When our system flags an account for a terms of service violation, we don't share the specific detection method or what triggered it — publishing that information would essentially be a roadmap for bad actors to work around it, and the system stops being effective the moment it becomes public. We know that's unsatisfying from the player side, but it's standard practice across the industry for fraud and integrity systems.
What we did do is refund your purchase. Under our terms, we're not required to do that when a violation has occurred, but we issued the refund as a good-faith gesture. That part isn't typically how it works elsewhere, and we hope it shows that we tried to be fair even in a negative situation.

Can't withdraw
I completed identity verification on April 21, 2026, and was told my documents were under review. As of today, my account still shows as under review, and I am unable to redeem my balance.
Support has confirmed multiple times that my documents were received and that no further action is required from me. However, I continue to receive the same generic responses with no clear timeline or resolution.
What’s concerning is that other users appear to be completing verification and receiving withdrawals within normal timeframes, while my case has remained unresolved well beyond the stated review period.
At this point, I am simply asking for a clear explanation and a timeline for when my account will be fully verified so I can access my funds.

Hi, thank you for your patience and for laying this out so clearly — you've been more than reasonable, and the delay on our end is not okay.
Here's what happened: our manual ID verification system had a bug that prevented us from processing dates of birth earlier than 2005. Your case was caught in that. We flagged it to our dev team and the fix should now be in place, which means your verification can move forward.
Please reach back out to support (or reply here) and we'll get your review completed and your redemption processed as a priority. Once you've received your withdrawal, we'd really appreciate it if you could update your review — not to hide what happened, but because this isn't the experience we want anyone to have, and it helps us show that we actually follow through.
Thank you again for sticking with us.

EDIT:
It looks like you have filed a chargeback. We wish you could have been slightly more patient with us.

It's a keeper
I've had goldmachine for awhile, but really didn't play too much on it except to log in for the daily bonus. I am consolidating my online gaming sites since there have been so many and each one got a week of equal money and play. Goldmachine has come out on top overall. Great games, super fast/same day redemptions, and consistent win/loss ratios. It's a keeper. The only drawback I see is only being able to withdraw $250 a day. That may change as I go up in tier, but as for now, that's the only downside to it.

I am writing this as a warning to…
I am writing this as a warning to anyone considering this platform, particularly those who utilize daily bonuses or promotional credits. There is a deeply concerning pattern regarding how this company handles account restrictions and redemptions.
The Issue: > It appears that accounts are being systematically restricted for generic 'Terms of Service Violations' immediately following redemption requests. When these restrictions occur, the platform refuses to cite the specific clause or rule that was allegedly violated.
The 'Appeal' Sham:
While users are directed to contact support to 'appeal' their ban, this process is effectively a stonewall. It is logically impossible to defend oneself or file a legitimate appeal when the platform hides the accusation. Despite multiple professional attempts to seek clarification on which term was breached, support remains entirely silent.
The Pattern: > This is not an isolated incident. There is a significant, documented surge in reports from the community describing the exact same experience: reaching a redemption threshold, receiving a vague ban, and then being met with total silence from the compliance team.
Verdict: > A platform that refuses to be transparent about its own rules or respond to formal inquiries is not a platform where your balance is secure. If you value your time and want a service that actually honors the 'No Purchase Necessary' legal standard of social casinos, look elsewhere.
UPDATE: Response to Platform’s "Fraud System" Explanation
The platform’s response provides a telling look into their internal operations. While they claim a "newly live" fraud system is responsible for the mass bans, the pattern of enforcement suggests a much more targeted strategy.
Selective Enforcement against "Non-Spenders": Based on widespread community reports, the "violations" detected by this new system seem to disproportionately affect users who utilize the daily promotional credits without making a financial purchase. This raises a significant red flag: if a platform's "fraud detection" primarily targets those exercising their legal right to play for free (the "No Purchase Necessary" standard), it suggests that compliance is being used as a tool to remove users who are not generating immediate revenue.
The "Black Box" Defense: The platform admits they will not disclose specific details of violations. This creates an environment where the house acts as judge and jury with zero accountability. A system that bans users without citing a specific rule breach is not a security measure, it is a method for seizing balances and closing accounts with no recourse for the user.
Contradicting Public vs. Private Claims: The platform publicly states they "take every case seriously," yet they continue to ignore formal, professional appeals submitted through their official support channels, for us it has been almost a week since the ban and redemption decline with no response from support after formally appealing the ban . Furthermore, their public assertion that banned users "know what they did" is a blatant attempt to discredit honest players who have strictly followed the Terms of Service.
Operational Instability: Admitting that a "new system" suddenly flagged a "wave" of users, many of whom have been loyal daily players for weeks or months, suggests either a previously failed compliance department or an aggressive move to retroactively penalize a specific segment of the player base.
Final Verdict: The platform’s own defense confirms that they are using a non-transparent "black box" system to mass-ban users without explanation. Whether you are on the verge of redemption or simply a daily player exercising your right to play for free, your account and balance are not secure here. Proceed with extreme caution.

Hi, thank you for your detailed feedback. We'd like to address several of the points you've raised.
Regarding the surge in reports you've referenced — our fraud detection system recently went live, which naturally resulted in a wave of accounts being flagged around the same time. This is not a pattern of targeting players at the point of redemption. It is the expected outcome of a new system identifying violations that previously went undetected.
As for why we do not disclose the specific details of what triggered a flag — this is to protect the integrity of our fraud detection tools. Revealing technical details about how violations are identified would compromise the system and make it easier for bad actors to circumvent it. This is standard practice across the industry. In most cases, those who have received a ban are aware of what they did to trigger it.
We understand this can feel frustrating, especially if you believe the flag was made in error. We take every case seriously and are committed to maintaining a fair platform for all of our players.

Unlawfully banned after redemption attempt
I was unfortunately banned from this scam site after attempting to redeem $250.00, due to "location spoofing". I do not use a VPN and made sure to leave my location to prevent this from happening. AVOID THE COMPANY AT ALL COST, THEY WILL NOT PAY OUT!
Update: There was NO spoofing usage and my accurate location stayed ON the entire time I'm playing. This is just a way for them to avoid paying me my winnings. I have redeemed from a handful sweepstakes sites with no issue, this is the first time I've ever heard such a thing. From the response these scammers also apparently banned me instead of explaining that the winnings I received weren't valid from the "promotional" bonus, which is very highly misleading and bordering on false advertisement. AVOID AT ALL COST! Do yourself a favor and go for Modo, CrownCoins, AmericanLuck, etc. So many better options around

Hi, thank you for leaving your feedback. We take all reviews seriously and want to address this transparently.
First, we want to clarify that Promotional Coins are not redeemable if our terms and conditions were breached.
Second, after a thorough review of your account, our system did detect location spoofing activity. This is not simply a matter of using or not using a VPN — our detection tools identify a range of methods used to misrepresent a user's actual location. Unfortunately, when spoofing is confirmed, we are required to take action in order to maintain the integrity of our platform and comply with regulations.
We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but this was not an arbitrary decision.
