Thank you for the feedback and for sticking with us through the transition! We're glad to hear you're looking forward to continuing to play. We completely understand that change can take some getting used to. The new platform was built from the ground up on faster, more modern technology to improve load times, performance, and overall reliability. While the old site may have felt more familiar, it was running on outdated technology that resulted in slower speeds and longer load times — so the upgrade was necessary to give our users a better long-term experience. That said, we hear you on the navigation and ease of use. As the new platform continues to evolve, we're always refining the user experience to make things as intuitive as possible. Graphics and rewards are also areas we're actively improving, so stay tuned — we think you'll be happy with what's coming. We appreciate your patience and loyalty, and we're excited to have you here!
