DO NOT PLAY AT GOLDMACHINE
DO NOT PLAY AT GOLDMACHINE. I WON 700$ but THEY QUICKLY BANNED ME FOR TERMS OF SERV. VIOLATION. I ASKED WHICH TERM N FOR DOCUMENTS F O R VERIFICATION N THEY SAID "THEY CANT RELEASE THOSE.. BEWARE...JUST TO KEEP MY MONEY...$$$ ****4/14: THIS IS SET IN PLACE CLEARLY TO KEEP MONEY WHEN ITS A LARGE AMOUNT YOU DO NOT WANT TO PAY OUT. WHY DID YOU NOT ALLOW A REVIEW AND/OR APPEAL THEN? WE WERE TOLD IT WAS IN REVIEW AND TO WAIT ON UPDATE AND IMMEDIATELY GOT A MESSAGE SAYING TERMS WERE VIOLATED THEN LOCKED OUT OF THE ACCOUNT AND NOT GIVEN A RECIEW OR OPTION . THEN YOU REFUNDED THE DEPOSITS MADE OUT OF NOWHERE. WHICH WAS AWESOME OTHER THAN THAT TOTALED 50$ SOME DOLLARS. NOWHERE NEAR THE $700+ SWEEPSTAKE SC TICKETS THAT WE BET. SO TELL ME WHY DID YOU REFUND THE ACCOUNT 50$ SWEEP COINS THEN ? CAN YOU EXPLAIN THST OR WHY WE HAD NO CHANCE AT AN APPEAL??

Thank you for sharing your experience. We take all feedback seriously and would like to address your concerns. First, it is important to clarify that Gold Machine is a social casino. Sweeps Coins (SC) are not dollars — they are free virtual credits used exclusively for participation in promotional gameplay. Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased and are only obtained at no cost through various promotional methods, such as bonuses and free alternative methods of entry. Any reference to a dollar amount does not reflect a cash balance on our platform. All accounts are subject to our Terms of Service, which every player agrees to upon registration. When a potential violation is identified, we are obligated to act in accordance with those terms. Additionally, as outlined in our policies, prizes won in Promotional Games can only be redeemed upon successful verification of eligibility. This verification process is a standard compliance requirement — not an obstacle — and is designed to protect the integrity of our platform and all of our players. Regarding documentation requests, our compliance team follows strict protocols around what information can be disclosed during an active review. This is standard practice across the industry and is in place to protect all parties involved, including the player.
