Hello, The stickers came out upside down. I spoke through what I wanted with joshua - and ordered 500 more stickers with the understanding I wanted 4x3” stickers. I have to fly to NYC tomorrow with the stickers as is, but I want the correct image I spoke to joshua about printed I’m so disappointed will email the claim email

Terrible communication and follow up. Was quoted $1000 by Michaela after multiple missed replies to my order request. Sample was made incorrectly and paid $175 for the exact same order elsewhere. Really bad impression was made by GIP.

Ooops. Is there any way you can delete the review on your end as this review hurts our overall score. Please and thank you.

Gold Image Printing was not helpful in executing on a project and working through the minor challenges/hiccups that happened in the process. It's never a good sign with the vendor continually says, "We can't do it" (period) no matter what suggestion you might have, without an opinion of how to make it work. Made us feel like they really didn't care about our business. We ended up cutting it short and going elsewhere.

Sorry to hear about your poor experience. We did look into this matter and our staff advised since you only needed a sample we couldn't provide a spot uv of the sample, they also suggested to do a pearl foil instead but again the set up cost is too much for a foil as you needed a sample. Our staff made suggestions and tried their best to help but we will advise them to do more next time. Thank you for your feedback.
