Gold Image PrintingReviews of goldimageprinting.com

their marketing is a little scammy. they have created a page for every major US city on their website to make it seem like they are based everywhere and you can get next ay service nationwide. but they only have one shop in California. their response? "well we ship nationwide those are the cities we deal with lol." everyone who has an internet connection can sell and ship nationwide! intentionally deceitful marketing if you ask me. buyer be warned...

I didn’t like the quality of the cards, for the price I’ve paid I expected something else. I could had done for 35 dollars for 1000 at the Staples. I’ve paid more than the double of the price because I wanted a great quality.

I ordered (and paid!!!) 50 business cards 3 weeks ago and they never arrived!! It was extremely urgent back then and I lost potential customers myself! All the mails I receive from them is about ratings, but no info at all about my cards!

Really not great. Paid for one sample, front and back. Front was fine, back was chewed up on all the edges. Paid ridiculous amount for shipping. Wrote to them asking what would be their recommendation to avoid the edges looking so crappy, how might I adjust my settings, no one has gotten back to me in 2 weeks.

My interaction, coordination, and involvement with Gold Image Printing was atrocious. My needs and expectations were not met to say the least. The little communication I had with the rep was short and unproductive. There was no clear pathway for development and communication resulting in no progress being made and the product not being finished. Thus impacting the customer's operations. Overall the experience with GIP was unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone for future projects.

They texted me to tell me their printer was down. That’s it. Nothing else they can do. I responded this puts me in a bind. Then they say they’ll let me know... I check my email. And apparently it’s ready. But there was no call to let me know. By the time I got the email and called to pick up they we’re almost closed. And it puts me behind my schedule. Fast forward to next week no call about my flyers. So I drove over there. And call. Waited 10 min outside and a woman tends to a customer who just happens to walk up. The woman employee goes back inside. like hello lol. Customer service is sub par. I appreciate the call to fix the proportions

Was supposed to be next day printing and I still haven't received my final proof. It's been three days. No one is responding to emails. I was charged for the posters even though I haven't seen a final proof. Really not thrilled.

the quality is awful
