Gold Image PrintingReviews of goldimageprinting.com

Charged me $212 for UPS Next Day Air which I needed so I'd have the item shipped to me in time, only to use Fedex which made it arrive after the date I needed it. This is after multiple issues with their website and disjointed customer service. I will not be shopping here again.

My shipping label was printed & the item was never given to UPS. I have called (and emailed with no response) Gold Image Printing and both times I spoke with someone, the person said they would call me or text me with updated tracking, and it has never happened. My item should have been here by now. It was ordered 10 days ago. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Hello, I was completely dissatisfied with my first experience with this printing service. Not only were my business cards NOT ready or even started the day I was promised. ( I called before placing the "same day" order the day before....and called before heading to the location from Cerritos which took me more than an hour to get to.) but after they made me wait while they got them printed, they made them wrong- I complained and then after much consideration on their part ...they made me wait another 45-50minutes to print the correct business cards!!!! Customer service was honestly....horrible! this business has a lot to improve on - from Customer service, order processing, locating customer's orders at the time of pick up, and quality! I can definitely say, I don't think I will be back.

I wrote by email for a quote since my project was slightly non-standard. It took them over a week to reply, and they ignored my specs and just referred me back to the website.

This place is in my neighborhood, so I really wanted to support their business. It's the second time (really 3rd time) I have given them a shot, but both their product and customer service were terrible. I had wonderful interactions with a few people there who were eager to help, but unfortunately, the staff does not seem to communicate with each other at all. This time I came in the print job was so bad they agreed to reprint (the first time, it was also terrible but there was no offer to make it right). I had ordered my product for same-day printing, so I paid extra... the reprint took almost 3 days, so I did not get them in time for my event. When I came to pick them up I was met with a moody, rude staff who did not seem to care that I had waited at the door for 15mins. The guy looked like he was still in his pajamas even though it was 9:30 am. No interest in whether or not I was satisfied, just shy of telling me to f$%& off. Makes me really sad, but I'll be sticking to DPrinting down the street where they appreciate my business.

I have requested an invoice multiple times and have yet to receive one. Please, please can one be sent to me?? 310.621.1272

The final product turned out okay when I finally received it, but going through the process was a nightmare. Invite was reprinted 3x because there was a change in staff and foil plates were made incorrectly (is what I was told). The customer service rep did not follow through with any requests nor did not give any updates unless I actively sought for it, even though it was "high priority." This caused a big delay with my client's order, going from a 5 day turnaround to 17 days. And get this - they want ME to pay for the expedited shipping. I've used GIP for multiple years, and needless to say, this experience was unacceptable and I will be taking my future orders elsewhere. Pretty sure there's at least one employee writing a 5 star review on here.

Pricing is out of line!
