Great service. Fast turnaround. Reasonable pricing. However, the print quality is not the sharpest. It would be ok for something that doesn't require extremely professional looking prints. I guess that's the trade-off for the fast turnaround and the relatively low quantity requirement. Digital printing just never look as good as offset printing.

Ok, after a phone discussion problems were fixed by Michaela and order was finally delivered.

Although my client ultimately opted for a different type of business cards (letterpress cards vs regular printing) I ordered a few print samples from Gold Image to show her - these samples are a HUGE plus, as clients can see exactly how their job would look versus just a generic swatch like other companies provide. When I ran into a little glitch on the website ordering them, Michaela provided 5 star customer service, attentively helping with each step of the ordering process. Her customer service was excellent, and really appreciated all of her care and attention to detail, which is rare these days. Thanks Micheala, and Gold Image!

Thank you for your feedback and detailed review. We were wondering if you have any suggestions for us in order to obtain a 5 star review from you in the future.

Customer service was exceptional and the quality of the prints were perfect. I will absolutely use your services again. However, the "build your own" functionality on your website needs work....nothing saves and it's not a flawless system. I had to spend a lot of time with different team members chatting through the user experience and challenges I faced. Fix this area of your website, and you're 5 stars.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your valuable point of view. We are constantly updating our site and there is nothing better than receiving the feedback to improve upon our deficiencies. We are in process of fixing these bugs with our online design studio and hopefully we will get that 5 start next time.

The quality was good. The production times were great. The delivery was ok through UPS overnight but there was a problem with one of the addresses and the post-follow up for this was almost none and not useful at all, I had to do the follow-up and fix it because the person in charge on the printer side was clueless and not helpful at all.

The art department took a very long time to complete the task from 7/24/19 through 10/1/19 when we finally were able to placed the order.
