This is not your place if a 48 hour print job is needed. I placed my order on a Tuesday At 1pm for next day, and my prints weren’t ready until Friday at 4pm. The event I needed them for passed, I ended up using Staples. In the end the printing job came out good, but I paid double for next day and got it 3 days later.

Haven’t received my order and not getting emailed back...

It was difficult to get in touch with the people at Gold Image Printing. The next day printing guarantee was not delivered. The quality was fair at best.

Hi Vanessa, Thank you for your feedback. Our team looked into this issue and found that the product was done on time. The only issue that we can think of is that product begins after you approve the order, based on the option you selected, because once you approved the order, the job was done the next day, as advertised.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. We apologize about the customer service as we did not have our full staff available due to the pandemic. We will speak to our team and see this as an opportunity to improve. Speaking of improvements, we just implemented texting on top of our calling and emailing options.

Card quality was terrible with the black having white bleeding through and the fonts hard to read. In addition my email wasn’t added as requested.
