Gold Image PrintingReviews of goldimageprinting.com

This company did not deliver whatsoever. I had a rush order, for which the proofs were sent 14 minutes before the deadline for the printing of the day, despite my order being sent the previous business day with multiple phone calls to confirm that this order can happen. Despite numerous calls to confirm that this order could be ready in time, I did not receive any indication that the proofs were being sent so late. Then, the staff was incredibly rude to me and did not work on offering any solutions.

Emailed 3 times to get a quote and never received a reply. When I submitted a quote form on their website, I received a vague quote that did not address my questions. I called them to speak to a human being about my quote, and they tried to transfer me to the person who completed my quote just to tell me he wasn't answering his phone. I left a message and never received a call back.

It's been an over month for paid samples?!? We haven't even ordered anything yet and it been (in my opinion) way too long. If you weren't one of the few doing Letterpress business cards, I would probably go elsewhere by now. Ridiculous!!!

Your manager didn't answer my question :) it totally disaster

Way too much back and forth in terms of communication. I ended up not getting the product requested. I asked that the order be cancelled and funds refunded. Not a very great first experience.

Arrived over 10 days late. No explanation when I asked where my order was.

I decided to order from Gold Image because of their awesome prices and their guaranteed 4 day turnaround. Well, the low price definitely reflects the service and quality of the product. I ordered on the 3rd and got an email 7 days later (on the 10th) stating my order was now printing. Finally after calling, I received an email on the 14th that it was being shipped. Once received, I've found multiple misprints. I'm so disappointed.

I originally received a notice that it was on hold and you needed the vector files. I sent a message to customer service with the vector files and waited several days and didn't receive anything back. I called in and they gave me another place to send. I sent it and then was told a few business days to ship. I receieved a notice saying to click to track and nothing showed up. After several days of checking I called in and they said thatit was being shipped that day and they would upgrade the shipping. I checked again a couple days later and still no info on the shipping and I used the text feature and they said it hasn't even been printed yet. I started this process Nov 4th and what should have been a 3 business day turnaround has been closer to a month and still no idea where my order is. I am very frustrated with this whole thing and am thinking of just canceling my order at this point because I have zero trust in the information given by your company and the advertising of your time frames. The lack of communication about any delays in my order or responses to my inquiries are not what I would expect.
