Good reliable service
I've made numerous purchases with Gold & Silver on line. Super personalized service. One request: allow me to set up a monthly purchase for say, $400 per month, for silver. Each month on the same day an automatic order is created for as many silver coins as the $400 will buy. (Yes, 'dollar cost averaging')

One of the better places
I wound up paying about 5% over spot, which is pretty good. Other than that, fast service, packing, and delivery. I probably will order again when and if the gold price drops a little more. Only thing that would be five stars is they would allow a debit card purchase without any extra paperwork.

Reliable, best deal with purity
They are good in terms of price, delivery and service. Online and email services are great. I given 4 star instead of 5 because - not many product varieties and sizes available to buy compare to competitor. - customer delight is missing, I never recieved any offers or discounts.

No more APMEX for me!!
I've been buying exclusively from APMEX for several years . . . they had the product I wanted (Sunshine Mint 1 oz. rounds) and what I thought were reasonable markups. But when the silver market started taking a dump, and the spot price started edging down to my buy point, their per round markup shot up to $3.29! So I started looking for a better deal . . . and found it at OGAS. Not only was the markup far lower ($1.77 vs. $3.29, per round), but the shipping cost was lower, too ($14.99 vs. $24.99, based on the size of my order). I placed my order on 5/18, faxed in an ACH form on 5/20, and received the USPS delivery notice on 5/31 . . . not too shabby!! I'll be ordering from OGAS again.
