After a horrible experience ordering precious metals from another online company, that was only resolved with the intervention of BBB, I was thrilled to find one that actually follows through with what they promise. Suffice to say, very pleased.

Purchasing Gold and Silver via mail order (and especially over the Internet) takes a certain leap of faith. I decided to take a chance with Gold and Silver Online since they laid everything out in plain English and their reviews were good. I used a credit card, even though it costs more, so that I'd have some recourse in case there was a gotcha. No need to worry, I received exactly what I ordered as promised.

The above says it all - everything was as promised!

This was my first experience buying from any G&S online company. They were very friendly, courteous and helpful in answering any and all my questions. I would have no problem buying from them again and plan to do so when I have more "extra" cash available. I would recommend them to anyone that asks.

Gold and Silver Online offered a reasonable price and a great product. The service was true to their word. I am well-pleased with the trade and hope to do business with them again.

My order included some Canadian Maple Leafs which were back ordered. I was told that my order would all be shipped together the week the Canadian Maple Leafs were received from the mint. Then the mint shorted the order which in turn meant that my coins were not available the week I was told. The first thing your shipping manager did was to ship me the rest of my order. A few days later he called and offered a substitution of a more expensive coin for the Canadian Maple Leafs. All in all, great customer service! I will buy again.

Best gold and silver online shop I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Beats Apmex hands down! Very low prices and safe shop,

Received the order in a sealed package. On time delivery. When called customer service for an update he was very polite and helpful. Will make more purchases in the future.
