Great product, always reliable, ships exactly when they say!
There are other companies that you may find your product for a few dollars cheaper, but shipping is slow (possibly even back ordered for weeks to months), but this company has always come through for me and is reliable and dependable. My first order was a specialized order, and they were able to fulfill it exactly as promised. Shipping times are very reliable, and their customer service is great. I have never had a problem with the 4-5 orders I have placed. They say what they mean, and they mean what they say! I would rather pay a few more dollars for trust, reliability, and great service. No hassle or worries here!

Very efficient and easy transaction. Quick delivery of the ordered merchandise.
This was my first transaction with the Gold and Silver Online Company. They helped me to set up an ACH link with my bank account. This made placing and paying for my order easy and straight forward. The payment was debited from my bank account with little additional effort on my part and I received my two American Gold Eagles within 5 business days. This was the fastest and easiest transaction that I have experienced to date when purchasing precious medals. I would defintely recommend this company and plan to purchase from them again in the near future. I also like the online web site which allows you to review your previous orders and compare the purchase price of your coins to the current market price of those coins.

Customer satisfaction oriented with good prices.
Delivered what they promised on time. I wanted PCGS coins only, and my order was filled accordingly. Packaging was very discreet and wrapped well for privacy. I would not hesitate to do business again.
