The company needs to stop using USPS for delivery. USPS gives very optimistic delivery dates, which they can't comply with. My order was shipped on 2 April and as of COB 9 April, I have not yet received it. USPS tracking advised me that I would receive my shipment on 5 April .

G&S was a company I had never used before, and since they're a relatively new company, I was concerned about placing a large order with them. I researched online, found nothing but positive feedback and a high BBB rating, and so placed my order. I received a call from a representative to confirm the receipt of my check, and the said order arrived in a timely manner exactly as outlined by the company. The only reason I am giving 3 stars (5 on everything else) is the red box that they packed the coins with was not strong enough to hold the heavy plastic containers of coins, and the end ripped out. It was if the box was old or not designed to hold the weights they were packing in it, and had lost some of its integrity on the seams. If you place a large order that will be heavy, I would leave special instructions to put extra tape on the inside box or not to use the red boxes. Contents falling out of the smaller box into the larger USPS box could easily break through the cardboard with shifting weight. Mine were still in the USPS box, but several containers had broken free of their internal box and were loose in the USPS box. It freaked me out when I opened it, because I thought that somebody had tampered with the package. I appreciate their low shipping cost and low premiums on new silver coins. I would order with them again, but I would definitely leave special instructions for better packing and tell them that if they're going to use those red boxes to tape it up like a mummy.

I received my coins all in one bag through USPS. The coins are in mint condition, but being in one bag they got dings and scratches from banging into each other. Also shipping seemed slow with no tracking available.
