I wish I’d seen this site before I bought my iPad Pro 9.7” case from Gold & Cherry. I’d rate this somewhere between Poor and Average. A few problems with the design: The balance is off when using this on a hard surface. If you don’t put something soft underneath, there is just enough rocking to make typing loud as parts of the bottom hit the surface underneath. I’m 6 feet tall, and this was made with shorter people in mind. Even fully opened, I have to slump a little to be able to see the screen head on. Either that or scoot it way out to arms length, which isn’t comfortable either and makes the screen harder to read. This thing weighs a ton with the iPad in it. I also have a MacBook Pro and this feels just as heavy. The design is a bit ugly. All of the edges are “fat”—think older MacBook vs. the newer sleek edge shapes. Also, I would have preferred black keys with white letters, and the letters are HUGE and in an ugly stretched font. And finally, the edge of the case below the space bar is raised enough to get in the way of hitting the space bar when I’m typing. It took several weeks to arrive since it’s shipped from China. Performance-wise, I have not had any trouble or operating failure. Battery life is good. No sharp or rough edges like others have complained about.

I bought the Gold & Cherry clamshell keyboard case for my iPad Pro 12.9 inch. The edges of the metal case have not been machined smooth, but remain raw and a bit sharp to the touch. Each time I open and close the case, I fear cutting my fingers. And the side opening where you plug in a power cord or battery does not provide a clean tight fit, making it a bit of a chore to properly plug in things. Such defects reflect an overall indifference to real-world user experience. Who cares how well the keyboard might work if the basic construction lacks thoughtful integrity. Obviously, i can’t recommend this woeful product. After about 30 minutes of use, i simply set it aside, and ordered a keyboard from Logitech which will be delivered the next day. The Gold and Cherry product took 18 days to arrive. What a wasted wait.

I am very disappointed at the customer service response. When you log on to messenger the responses are automated and bring you back to the Cherry & Gold website. I purchased the case after watching video on Facebook. I was lead to believe that all cases had the backlit feature. apparently only the premium cases provide that feature. I paid 19.99 for express shipping. To return it for a full refund would mean paying another 19.99 for shipping. The case did connect to bluetooth after a few attempts. My iPad is a 9.7. I am upset with the customer service. I will not recommend buying anything from them again. The invoice has one return address. The return slip on the package has another and no one answers from messenger or email. I understand other companies have similar products at even a cheaper price.

Best iPad shop i have seen. All is well organized and displayed. Good support. I got the ipad mini 5 premium case its excellent ! I chose the free shipping Airmail. Took 18 days to arrive to Arizona.

I got my new 11” ipad pro case and hub. All works well. The support team was fast to answer my questions before buying. I recommend gold and cherry great product. Fast delivery and excellent support. Will be buying here again in the future. Mike

One star for sending it, since you can’t give zero. iPad case is not as described. No charger included. Worked briefly. Will not now charge or switch on. Complete waste of money.

The iPad keyboard took 3 weeks to arrive, was worth every €, backlight is very nice in pink

I have had bad experience with this company,the first keyboard I received was the wrong layout and wrong size,I had to send it back at my expense and have just received a replacement which is also the wrong size,I will just have to accept that they are a bad company to do business with.
