This is an update to my first review. Customer service was unable to help me and suggested I needed a new battery for my new case. After a little sleuthing I realized the Gold and Cherry is unable to handle more than one language onboard. I'm bilingual and had downloaded the Spanish language keyboard as well as my native English. So, I deleted Spanish and my problems disappeared. The odd scientific looking characters all disappeared even though they were not part of the Spanish language. If this is a problem you have and you've downloaded more than one language, you may experiment by deleting a second language. The case isn't as hardy as my original Targus which does not yet offer a keyboard case for the newest I-Pad nor does it have the same easy to grip soft feeling but heavy duty case or turn 180 degrees with the same firmness as Targus. Still, it's a good looking case/keyboard and as soon as I figure out all the shortcuts and simple things like screen shots I'll be more tolerant. For now it works. That's all I wanted.

Looks like a nice pencil/styles except for the fact that it doesn't work for my iPad Pro 9.7 inch. I swear I looked and looked on the website to make sure it was the correct one before ordering but when it came the instructions pamphlet said it would not work and by golly it doesn't. Now I'm gonna have to try to sell it on eBay I guess.

I have looked at this case for quite a while. My Apple keyboard was wearing out so I finally ordered the Gold and Cherry case. I keeps my iPad safe, it charges my Apple Pencil in a secure holder., the keyboard is easy to use and charge and even lights up. I love that it swivels and the screen has adjustable angles. I couldn’t be happier. I love this critter.

Followed detailed instructions for refund. Mailed keyboard to the company on April 12. Emailed photographs as required with tracking number. Policy states it will take 3 to 5 business days to process and issue refund after receipt of keyboard. USPS tracking shows the item was picked up at the PO on April 14. horrible experience. the product they sent broke after 15 days. don't buy from them. very low Quality. tried contacting them and they don't take damage product back, plus they want you to ship it to them at your cost.

Nice keyboard and touchpad. Easy to use backlit keys. I have had other brands and the swivel always fails. I hope this one holds up to daily use.

Very pleased with the Item works as listed mine was an older ipad with ios 12.5 so the touch pad doesn’t work but i will upgrade soon

The TRACKPAD KEYBOARD CASE that I ordered for my 12" iPad Pro was ill-fitting and made of cheap plastic. I struggled to understand how to activate and coordinate the Bluetooth keyboard with my iPad's touch keyboard. Gold & Cherry's return policy is punitive. You have 14 days, must have a printed return number and all of the original packaging and documentation. You must pay return shipping and you get docked if all the packaging and documentation is not there. Because of health reasons, I missed the 14-day deadline, but even if I had managed to ship the case back on time, I still would have had to pay shipping and missing-box/documentation penalties. Essentially I am out nearly $200 for something I can't use.
