Razorgold has deducted my payments and not giving bank . It's been 3-4 weeks customer service is looking into this issue, not sure if they are competent to handle the business as with the current response time it looks like they don't want to give money back. I don't know whom to reach out as I need help to get my money back, so writing this review. I forwarded all the details to the CEO of Razorgold and awaiting response. Horrific service.

Absolutely horrible website, removes services as they wish, not fulfilling customers' orders and very bad customer support service. I bought a Giftcard for 10€ and never got the product I purchased. It's been over a week and still stuck in pending. Customer support keeps repeating the same thing like a robot for all support tickets asking me to provide a screenshot and transaction ID even though I already provided all these things. They should be embarrassed of themselves and just shut down this horrible scammy business.
