Great service for freelancers
To begin with, this is a great service for freelancers. There are no difficulties with registration, as in many other services. Support responds instantly if you have any problems. Recommend.

Customer oriented management
I can confirm without a doubt that upper management is involved in the service that is offered to all its clients. I had a small issue that was handled promptly and I am very happy with how it was resolved by the team.

Very attractive low fees
The goLance system works well. Good customer service. Can't beat the lowest fees in the industry at well under 10%. Upwork is over 20%, which is a big chunk to take out of any payment for a freelancer. It's about the bottom line $.

Anything worthwhile takes time. Highly recommended
I hired my first developer on goLance for a project in 2018. That worked out really well. I came back to do it again this year and their site is improved! Takes a little time to sift through the talent, but well worth it. Highly recommended.
