Before, we are usually withdrawing funds from our GoWallet every Fridays 9AM EST. But, whenever we are withdrawing this, the reflect on our bank's end is erratic. Sometimes if will be credited same day, other times it will be credited by Monday. I hope with this new schedule of every Wednesdays withdrawal, funds will be available in real time or same day to avoid any inconvenience for us working remotely. As for the service fees, I hope they will reduced the cost for this. Since we are withdrawing every week, every transaction withdrawal has an applicable 3% service fee. While it is lower compared to others, but still I find it too high especially if you are withdrawing regularly every week.

Late posting after withdrawal, took 3 days to post unlike before, after withdrawal, the funds will be available in our bank after 30 mins to 1 hr max.

I dislike the fact that it took more than 12 hours to credit my salary in my local bank. I am hoping for smoother transaction moving forward.

The withdrawing fee was increased and I have to wait at least 5 days to receive the fund Reviewed on 26 July 2024 Edit/ added on 28 April 2025 I missed a chance to provide further information since it gave me only 3 days to respond to the thread. I have no choice but to use this platform to receive the money since my company pay with this platform. However, I sent this review on 26 July 2024 and it took almost year for them to get back to me. I don't think providing more information would making any change how I experience since this came from their policy. I just spoke the truth and how I feel about this changed. The customer service team is trying hard to make me remove this review and gave them 5 stars by giving me a money for 10-20 dollars. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

It was great at first until they changed their payment processor which makes payouts to be credited on bank accounts longer! Their available jobs are not that much and some are even bogus ones but you may find a decent client after a thorough search.

Pros: quick payout during work days Cons: they removed conversion rate visibility on their website after the redesign, which basically increases my money loss even more, since they are way lower than what they are suppose to be.

I've never heard of them before and had an unauthorized 750.00 charge appear on my account yesterday with their phone number and website listed. I've experienced a fraudulent charge on my account from this company but they did email me back and say they are refunding the money. I haven't received the refund yet but when I do, I will update my review. So far they have been pleasant to get the situation fixed.

The customer support was outstanding but I lose over 300 in 1 of the month of work. Never so a rate so high, I prefer Upwork
