HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. I greatly regret buying our 300XRX from you. chat support is sketchy at best. The two times I contacted support I was greeted with a bad attitude, “this information is on our website. You should read it.” After a couple of questions the chat person would lose interest and simply stop responding. This happened both times I contacted chat. Email response, though timely was not much better. The description of the kart indicates “Centralized rearview mirrors”, and the parts diagram in the site clearly shows one. Their response, “ 2 side mirrors for rear viewing”. Yeah, right! The smart thing to do would be to admit their mistake in listing it that way, and offer to work with me to correct it. Nope. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company, you WILL regret it!

Quality of some parts could be better

Website is very easy to navigate and has in depth information for what you are shopping for. Checkout is simple, easy, and fast.

Was what i wanted

Online purchase was fine but I just wanted to be able to talk to someone. I texted the phone number and recieved no response, hopefully the order shows up and it’s correct.

My experience with online but it was smooth thanks a lot

Order was shipped with the incorrect hardware and customer service was hard to deal with so I gave up and scavenged up what I needed but you shouldn’t have to do that when you buy a specific kit. I do not recommend this company.

Bike arrived on time, but without instructions and without the title.
