I just received the new KAILO flexible patch and it has a very obnoxious terrible chemical odor! The original ones were odorless, and these are supposed to be odorless according to advertisement, but they have a very strong chemical odor to them. I cannot use them.

I'm having difficulty purchasing 1 patch without signing up for reoccurring orders. I want to see if this is right for me. If so then I'll be happy to get the life long patch.

Painrelief guarateed. The 3 stars only come from the extreme high shipping costs when you’re not in USA. I had a former substription and dhl shipping was affordable with about 9 $, but now its far over 20 $ only shipping for a monthly patch of 34 $. Additionally you pay toll handling of 11 $ in Germany. Why not find an european or a german partner for an affordable distribution?

I liked the new patch better than the first one. It was flexible. The adhesive was wonderful. I could reapply it over and over again. My pain level was at an 8 and the patch got it to a 6. I was hoping for more relief but I didnt get it. I think that if I had more than 1 patch to try, that I would have gotten more relief as I have multiple areas that I have chronic pain in.

I deal with pain on an almost daily basis. I was hopeful this patch may help! To start, the patch is nice and flexible, and the adhesive was very simple to apply. I have been able to use one single adhesive for several applications, so it’s definitely long lasting. I do wish the patch was slightly bigger as I think it may help with successful positioning. Now……did it work? I tried to use it for neck and shoulder pain and it didn’t make much difference (if any). I also tried it for some lower back pain. I do feel like it took the edge off and maybe lowered my pain level from an 8 to a 6. There is definitely a learning curve that comes with placing the patch properly, so some of this may simply be user error. I did chat with one of the Kailo representatives who was very helpful in troubleshooting and offered several tips. However, I still didn’t notice much difference. I love the concept! I just wish the application process was easier to understand. I will continue testing it out in an attempt to troubleshoot if this is just user error in successfully applying the patch for its full effect. I will report back if my review changes!
