Very Bad Chemical Odor To Kailo 2
I just received the new KAILO flexible patch and it has a very obnoxious terrible chemical odor! The original ones were odorless, and these are supposed to be odorless according to advertisement, but they have a very strong chemical odor to them. I cannot use them.

Placement is difficult
Placement is difficult. I got more adhesives which left my skin itchy. Overpriced. Not everything can be helped with this and it feels like exploiting people with pain. Have tried multiple times. The Flex is like a piece of paper and gets destroyed when removing the adhesive.

I'm having difficulty purchasing 1…
I'm having difficulty purchasing 1 patch without signing up for reoccurring orders. I want to see if this is right for me. If so then I'll be happy to get the life long patch.

I’m very disappointed in the new Flex…
I’m very disappointed in the new Flex I’ve received. It’s nothing but a piece of paper and nothing like the one I’ve had in the past. I have the Element and love it, but need something more flexible for my shoulder area. I’ve tried reaching out twice to customer relations, but no response.

Hi Cathey, we are so sorry that you are disappointed in the Flex patch. It is made out of a material called Tyvek. Tyvek® may resemble paper, but its performance is anything but paper-like. Tyvek® is a 100% synthetic material made from high-density spun-bound polyethylene fibers. Lightweight, durable, and breathable, yet resistant to water, abrasion, bacterial penetration, and aging. my cardio could not find info for interactions w/kailo and a pacemaker. ergo she put the 'nix' on using kailo, can you expand on your statement of 'do not use w/pacemaker' ??

Hi Ekim, We are sorry to hear that your cardiologist wasn't able to find more information on using Kailo with a pacemaker. For customers who have a pacemaker, we recommend that you do not use Kailo. This is not because a customer that was wearing a pacemaker came to harm, but because we have not tested Kailo thoroughly on people with pacemakers and we always wish to err on the side of caution. I have had good success with Kailo
I have had good success with the Kailo Flex Patch. It has totally eliminated the sciatica pain radiating down my legs. I can stand for longer periods of time, which really helps with my hobby.

Kailo 2.0 patch
I give the Kailo 2.0 patch a 5 star rating. I have daily pain in my lower back, and wearing this patch eliminates 95 to 100% of my pain for the whole day, allowing me to be more active and less fearful of unexpected muscle spasms. If I start to feel a twinge, I can readjust it and regain relief. I do not like to take pain medication, so this provides me a drug-free solution. When I sleep with it, it stays adhered and gives me pain-free rest. It gives me freedom to live a more active life. So glad I found Kailo!
