My. Patch fell off when walking and lostmy patch
Cathey B.
I’m very disappointed in the new Flex I’ve received. It’s nothing but a piece of paper and nothing like the one I’ve had in the past. I have the Element and love it, but need something more flexible for my shoulder area. I’ve tried reaching out twice to customer relations, but no response.

Hi Cathey, we are so sorry that you are disappointed in the Flex patch. It is made out of a material called Tyvek. Tyvek® may resemble paper, but its performance is anything but paper-like. Tyvek® is a 100% synthetic material made from high-density spun-bound polyethylene fibers. Lightweight, durable, and breathable, yet resistant to water, abrasion, bacterial penetration, and aging. I have checked our communications and we responded to both your messages from separate emails. Please check your spam/junk folder incase they ended up in there. Again we are sorry for any frustration this has caused.

my cardio could not find info for interactions w/kailo and a pacemaker. ergo she put the 'nix' on using kailo, can you expand on your statement of 'do not use w/pacemaker' ??
Response from Kailo Pain Relief PatchAug 13, 2026
Hi Ekim, We are sorry to hear that your cardiologist wasn't able to find more information on using Kailo with a pacemaker. For customers who have a pacemaker, we recommend that you do not use Kailo. This is not because a customer that was wearing a pacemaker came to harm, but because we have not tested Kailo thoroughly on people with pacemakers and we always wish to err on the side of caution. If your doctor would like more information, I am attaching our clinical trial, which includes the theory behind how Kailo works so that he/she can be informed. https://scivisionpub.com/pdfs/using-nanotechnology-to-improve-pain-and-function-with-a-novel-drugfree-topical-painrelief-patch-an-interim-analysis-1476.pdf If you need additional assistance, please email us at [email protected].

Bought patches for my mum me a friend. Made no difference and in reality patches are too rigid to apply to any area of the body that flexes, moves or where skin is soft. Better to waste your money on simmering) something else.
Response from Kailo Pain Relief PatchSep 17, 2025
Hi Dwayne, we are sad to hear Kailo did not help with you, your friend, and mom's pain. We do now have a Flex patch to help with more curved areas of the body! We hope this is helpful, and best of luck on your pain relief journey.
