I can’t believe how much help I had while trying to decide what to purchase. Live questions answered! I stalked the website for months before pulling the trigger and wish I would have done it quicker. I love the joggers and the 1/4 zips. The 1/4 zip cut is great for athletic builds and is snug where you want and loose where you want. To help with ordering, I would size up at least one size on the 1/4 zips.

Honestly such good quality I usually never write reviews but this product really needed one, the material is amazing extremely soft and fits perfectly everywhere around the body i highly recommend

I ordered the three fitted tanks two sizes larger than my usual size but they were still too tight around my stomach so I decided to return them. Based on Hays’s policy a store credit was issued. I didn’t repay want anything else from the store but felt I should use the credit towards something. I ordered a pair of shorts but they were more expensive than the tanks so I had to pay the difference and postage so I ended up paying a lot more for something I didn’t really want. Every time I wrote to customer care an AI robot replied with generic answers. All in all a very unsatisfying customer experience. I would NOT RECOMMEND shopping unless you are certain you want and absolutely love their product.

I was excited to try this brand out, great ads, once I had my products, the material of the tanks was soft… nothing special but after sale service..Canadian Shoppers Beware! HAUS treats Canadian Orders as Final Sale… that website assures you’ll have 30 days for return or exchange and they stand behind their garments to make sure you’ve got the right size .. that promise stops at the border. No Returns or Exchanges… period! This is a heads up to any Canadian thinking about purchasing from this US brand. Buried at the very bottom of their lengthy return policy, under “International Returns,” is the restriction that international orders cannot be returned. Canada IS international to Haus. They should list the countries as Canada usually was not considered International with online orders and returns policy with many US companies I have shopped with. Check out their return page and way way down at the bottom.. you’ll see their policy on International Orders. Haus, please list the countries so your potential customers know the facts. Transparency shouldn’t require a scavenger hunt!

Hi Kevin- Glad you liked the feel of the tanks, and thanks for the honest review. Returns and exchanges are US-only for now, which is covered on our site. We’re working on bringing exchanges to our international customers, however, so stay tuned! - The HAUS team

Ordered 30th September, next day got a text to ‘confirm’ my address details, then ask’s personal questions about the purpose of my product to work its way in to an upsell on a 1/2 zip giving me a discount code to order more which would still cost shipping on the next product, it was good for ‘24 hours’ i said no i wanted to try the fit and quality first before ordering more, then continues to tell me after a few minutes go by the code is now good for 30 minutes. What happen to the 24 hours. Very Manipulative. I blocked the number just because i didn't care for the chit chat at the time, unblocked the 8 days later product because the items still hasn’t left yet so i text this guy, claims it leaves in 72 business hours which would be 3 days ago, which he argues the point its left and it’s out of his hands, claims he cant get me any more information because he doesn't have access to the dashboard, but can give me a discount and add things to my order, I ask for him to follow it up tomorrow and tells me I have to contact support, I tell him how bad the experience has been and to cancel my order, what’s the point of having a contact if he can’t help, continues to tell me his an AI assistant and can’t help. So I don't know whats worse, someone either lying there AI or an AI assistant harassing there customers after making a purchase. Under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), enforced by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA), businesses must have valid express or inferred consent before sending unsolicited commercial SMS messages, including messages intended to upsell additional products or services. A customer’s purchase of a product, or provision of their mobile number for order-related communications, does not automatically constitute consent to receive subsequent sales or marketing messages. Businesses must be able to demonstrate that valid consent existed when those messages were sent.
