I was excited to try this brand out, great ads, once I had my products, the material of the tanks was soft… nothing special but after sale service..Canadian Shoppers Beware! HAUS treats Canadian Orders as Final Sale… that website assures you’ll have 30 days for return or exchange and they stand behind their garments to make sure you’ve got the right size .. that promise stops at the border. No Returns or Exchanges… period! This is a heads up to any Canadian thinking about purchasing from this US brand. Buried at the very bottom of their lengthy return policy, under “International Returns,” is the restriction that international orders cannot be returned. Canada IS international to Haus. They should list the countries as Canada usually was not considered International with online orders and returns policy with many US companies I have shopped with. Check out their return page and way way down at the bottom.. you’ll see their policy on International Orders. Haus, please list the countries so your potential customers know the facts. Transparency shouldn’t require a scavenger hunt!

Customer service is terrible. I am still waiting for further instructions on a simple exchange, adjusting sizes from large to xlarge. It is coming up on a week without a response to my inquiry.

Sent me a shirt with a fit that doesn’t match as advertised. Won’t take returns (only gives store credit). The shorts (size down) and tanks (size up) are ok, but I recommend not buying anything else from this company. Their sizing is just dumb.

just wasn't the shirt for me. did not like how it fit around the neck and rest of body. i will stick to my tru classic t-shirts but wanted to see an alternative.

I'm unimpressed with the Haus processing time. I ordered items on a Saturday that I needed on a Thursday. I paid expedited shipping to ensure I would have these on time. Well, I got them 7 days later. It took Haus 5 days to process and ship my package. After it shipped I did get it within two days which appeared to be expedited which leads me to believe it was all around the processing time. If Haus wants to compete with others they need to fix this. Now that I missed the date I needed the items I find out there is no return policy. Shame on me for ordering from somewhere that has zero return policy. Most places that are stringent on returns at least let you return items on your first order... not Haus, zero returns. Again, if they want to compete this needs to change. Having said all this the items I received are of good quality but not the right size, I will be returning for a larger size but this sounds like it will be a two week process. Again, good product but won't be purchasing again due to corporate inefficiencies.

As soon as I saw the tracking number from GOFO I realized this is just a Chinesium dropshipping company. I’m expecting SHEIN quality. 2 stars because I paid too much for what I’m going to receive. One star of buffer just in case the items are decent quality.

The shipping is terrible. It is absurd how long it is going to take for my shipment to arrive. If it does…. Will not order again

To many damn emails and I haven't received the shirts, get me the stuff, then ask for a review!
