Only got a gift card refund
Only got a gift card refund. Didn't cover shipping or tax. So I ended up spending even more money to redeem the gift card and purchase something else.. $40 doesnt cover anything on their store front. 1 short costs $65 with shipping and tax... so I was out another $25. Crazy...

Hey Grant, appreciate you reaching out! We checked your order and it shipped the next day, so it looks like the shipping update may not have reached you as expected. It’s on the way and should be landing soon 📦 If anything doesn’t look right, our team is here to help!

Appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Our return policy is one of the ways we’re able to keep bringing you great quality at competitive prices (along with the deals and promotions our customers love). We offer exchanges or store credit on domestic returns, and your credit never expires, so it’s there whenever you’re ready.
