We ordered flooring from this place…
We ordered flooring from this place they called us said the order was in but it was not builder-grade. Told us it was the worst grade there could be offered to sell it to us for less money nobody wants garbage in their high-end home ask how much it that the same product would cost in the best grade have called back twice nobody will give me an answer and do not see a refund on my card. I would give them zero Stars if I could

Hi Amy we try to inspect our Builder grade product before it ships from our warehouse to insure the quality is acceptable. This product however didnt not meet our "Builder" grade standards therefore we did not want to ship an inferior product to you. Other companies might have just shipped out "Garbage" and made you deal with the issues, we however do not think that is acceptable to do to our customers. The product you purchase was Sarasota Bay, which is an exclusive line for only Home depot and Mendards, Shaw does not allow us to sell the Premium grade product that is the reason we can not provide a price. Regarding the refund, when an order is place on our website a temporary authorization is put on your credit card. The funds are never actually acceptable by us until an order leaves our warehouse. Once the order is canceled the temporary authorization (pending charge) falls off your credit card. There will be no charge seen on your credit card statement. I believe this should be a 5 star review as we where 100% transparent and upfront with the product you purchased.
